is Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure good and what age should you be to watch it?

like the title says;
1. is the movie Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure good?
2. what age should you be to watch it? (7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14+?)

i don't know if it's good and i KINDA wanna watch it. i don't know if
i'm too old to watch it though and i don't know if it'll be so
childish and weird. some people say it's good, some people say it's
bad. help! x
