Does anybody know what this song is called?

Sorry for being vague, but I remember a song was on a car advert over
a year ago. It was quite poppy and I don't remember the lyrics but it
was something like '1, 2, 3 go go go'  talked about love. I'm not
100% positive though haha.

Also at the time I researched the song  it's sung by a woman with
long blonde hair  she goes by her first name. I was pretty sure it
was Lissie but I can't find a song sung by her like that so I dunno.
